A Bit About Me
Jasmine Nazari
Brooklyn, NY
Hello, I'm Jasmine.

I’m sweet with a spine, hardworking to my core, and blessed with a memory sharpened by years of Persian parental boot camp.

My love for real estate wasn’t discovered — it was always there. As an only child, I say Real Estate always had a seat at the dinner table. I grew up earning hands-on equity alongside my parents on their projects. My mom is meticulous: accounting, design, details. My dad is a visionary builder — resourceful and bold. I learned to find my place somewhere between their two worlds.

Sorting screws in middle school. Installing dishwashers with my Dad in high school. Demo on weeknights. Property management on weekends. My version of homeschooling — while attending Lycée Français by day and International High School later on. Those early reps shaped my worldview long before I found a professional home with my team at Urban Green Investments.
Fascinated by the intersection of the individual, culture, geopolitics, and economics, had real estate not claimed me first, I’d likely be knee-deep in international politics.

I joined Urban Green Investments in 2013, fresh out of UC Davis with an MS in Soils and Biogeochemistry. My thesis focused on optimizing crop rotations and soil mineralogy for Vertical Farming systems — back when vertical farming was still largely conceptual at NYU, before Jeff Bezos saw its potential and bought the farm - Plenty.ag that is.

In 2013, I made a sharp pivot toward aligning my heart, mind, and economics — getting my toe in the door of private equity. I started as an assistant to our fearless leader and wonderful CEO, became Partner at 29, and stepped into the Chief Operating Officer role three years later. Today, I steer operations, fundraising, and business development with a focus on strategy, efficiency, and relationships built to endure.

Service isn’t a sidebar; it’s central. I’ve volunteered on farms, in schools, and in shelters for nearly a decade, sponsored two children from elementary through high school at my aunt’s orphanage in India, mentored nine young professionals within Urban Green, and am now a close, hands-on mentor to four recent college graduates as they find their footing. It’s a privilege. To me, life is about love, abundance, betterment, execution, and leaving an imprint of care wherever I am.

I work across five languages — English, French, Farsi, Spanish, and know enough Japanese to live there — because real connection moves everything forward. There’s something sacred about meeting someone in their own language.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me cocooned in love and giggles with my beautiful Mr. Boos, working out, dancing, reorganizing things that don’t need reorganizing, advancing my latest fix-and-flip, or planning a house party. Wharton bound in May 2026!
