Hello, I'm Jasmine.

I'm sweet with a spine, hardworking to my core, and blessed with a memory sharpened by years of parental boot camp.
​
My love for real estate wasn't something I discovered—it was something I inherited through hands-on equity, helping my parents with their projects. Sorting screws in middle school, installing dishwashers in high school, demo on weeknights, property management on weekends—my version of homeschooling while attending International High School by day. Those moments shaped my worldview before I found a meaningful home with my team at Urban Green. I've also always been fascinated by the intersection of the individual, culture, geopolitics, and economics. If I hadn't been bitten by the real estate bug first, I'd probably be knee-deep in international policy at the UN.

I joined Urban Green Investments in 2013, fresh from UC Davis with an MS in Soils and Biogeochemistry. I started as assistant to the CEO and worked my way up to Chief Operating Officer. Now I steer operations, fundraising, and business development—always with an eye toward strategy, efficiency, and relationships built to last.
​
Service isn't a sidebar; it's central. I've volunteered on farms and in shelters for nearly a decade, sponsored two children from elementary through high school, mentored nine young professionals, and am now actively supporting four recent graduates as they find their footing. It's an honor. To me, life is about love, abundance, betterment, getting things done, and leaving an imprint of love on others.

I work in five languages—English, French, Farsi, Spanish, and enough Japanese to get by—because real connection moves everything forward, and there's something special about speaking to people in their language. When I'm not working, you'll find me cocooned in love and giggles with my brilliant, beautiful beau, working out, reorganizing things that don't need organizing, hosting dinner parties, or elbow-deep in a fix-and-flip.

Honored to have been assistant to CEO and such a team's office manager. Completed ad-hoc projects to help the business in any way that I could. and worked into the night, gladly. I couldn't get enough of it. I fell in love with the team and work!
